Use the exact ribbon calculator we built for our own stationery business to estimate quantities, reduce waste, and streamline every client project.

The calculator uses measured ribbon lengths for each styling method, multiplies them by your invitation quantity, adds a small buffer for waste and assembly variation, and estimates how many full spools you’ll need based on standard spool yardage.
The formulas were built from real invitation assembly workflows inside our own stationery business to help reduce over-ordering, wasted material, and last-minute ribbon shortages.

How are spool quantities calculated?

The calculator currently includes measured calculations for both A7 and A9 invitation suites.

What invitation sizes are included?

Yes. Once you make your own copy, you can edit formulas, add ribbon styles, adjust quantities, and customize it for your workflow.

Can I customize the calculator?

Once purchased, the Ribbon Calculator will be added directly to your Learn with Elisabeth student portal. If you already have an account, it will appear inside your existing dashboard automatically.

How will I access the calculator?

Absolutely. The calculator was designed to simplify ribbon calculations whether you’re newer to embellishment styling or already creating luxury invitation suites regularly.

Is this beginner friendly?
